Awesome Time
fantastic pool easy transfer maro world area hours entertainment
I really enjoyed my stay. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for relaxation. I appreciated how close the hotel was to Gruz Port. It made my cruise transfer so easy. My kids enjoyed the Maro World play area a lot. It kept them entertained for hours.
The lifts did sometimes take a little while, I am not gonna lie.

The Oliva restaurant offers delicious food. a great service. Tonci did a great job. I really enjoyed the calamari and caprese salad. a wonderful authentic pizza, this place offers takeaway, also with eat in options.

Staff always act friendly, so helpful all the time. Check in plus check out were super easy, very fast. I really appreciated this hotel. It let me check in early, almost four hours before the scheduled time.

The hotel is very close to other hotels. A short walk connects all of them. There are many little beach bars and a set of lovely restaurants nearby. A simple walk takes you there. The hotel gives access to a spa. A lovely thing to have.

the breakfast had lots of variety and no-one was kept waiting for a table.
I asked 3 times for our air conditioning to be sorted and it took my husband to really lose his cool for it to be sorted. This happened after 5 days of us being at the hotel. the air conditioning was woeful.

great variety high standard pool lounger
My 'Standard Twin Room Park View Airport Transfer' was super clean. Daily cleaning ensured high standards. The breakfast buffet offered great variety (I especially appreciated the fresh fruit). The pool had plenty of loungers, so finding a spot was never an issue.

The staff displayed wonderful professionalism and care. the pools provided refreshing relaxation under the warm sun. i appreciate the ease of access to nearby beaches. It allowed for spontaneous seaside escapes. breakfast offered great variety, setting a lovely tone for each new day.
The evening entertainment created a noticeable disturbance. The late-night music came through, impacting sleep quality.
