I really enjoyed my stay. The pool area was fantastic, perfect for relaxation. I appreciated how close the hotel was to Gruz Port. It made my cruise transfer so easy. My kids enjoyed the Maro World play area a lot. It kept them entertained for hours.

Staff always act friendly, so helpful all the time. Check in plus check out were super easy, very fast. I really appreciated this hotel. It let me check in early, almost four hours before the scheduled time.

The hotel is very close to other hotels. A short walk connects all of them. There are many little beach bars and a set of lovely restaurants nearby. A simple walk takes you there. The hotel gives access to a spa. A lovely thing to have.

the breakfast had lots of variety and no-one was kept waiting for a table.
I asked 3 times for our air conditioning to be sorted and it took my husband to really lose his cool for it to be sorted. This happened after 5 days of us being at the hotel. the air conditioning was woeful.

My 'Standard Twin Room Park View Airport Transfer' was super clean. Daily cleaning ensured high standards. The breakfast buffet offered great variety (I especially appreciated the fresh fruit). The pool had plenty of loungers, so finding a spot was never an issue.
